We want you to be able to work with your solution. Period. In order to make things happen, we need you to Email us the following:

  1. A clear description of the problem including any error messages - Example: "Received Error message 'Error in Disk or Network' when entering the program". Please NOT - "I can't access the program."

  2. Any antecedents or changes to your system- Examples: "Moved my workstation to a new office." or "Upgraded to Access 2003" or "Changed my user ID on the network"

  3. If this is your first contact or if you've changed systems or hardware, we need some basic information:

    OS and version - Example: Windows XP Service Pack 1. Note: Go to Control Panel > System for this information.

    Software version - Example: Access 2002 Service Pack 2 Note: In Access, go to Help > About Microsoft Access.

    Server OS and verson - Example: Windows 2003 Enterprise service pack 2. Ask your network administrator or go to Control Panel > System for this information if you have direct access to the server.

Normal response time varies, but we generally respond in less than one hour with a resolution. If your problem is unusual, we my take as long as 24 hours.
